You can destroy any punch-through wall without the matching augmentation by dealing damage to it (although they will be more difficult to find). HOWEVER, it is possible to reach kits behind locked doors and punch-through walls with some cleverness: Notice that it may take certain augmentations to reach certain Praxis Kits (usually a hacking augmentation), so plan accordingly. There are total of 21 kits to be found in the base game.
Praxis Kits give you a free Praxis point which can be spent on unlocking augmentations, making them well worth finding.
